From Desi's kitchen - A Taste of Indonesia
Ingredients
- 2 eggplants
- 7 red chilies or 1 spoon sambal oelek (Asia store)
- 1 tomato
- 1 stick lemongrass
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cloves big onion
- sufficient of salat
If you use Sambal oelek, cut the onion, garlic, in small slices also tomato.
If you use red chilis, refine all mixture of spices except lemongrass.
Fry the eggplant until soft.
Cook the spices in fat until fragrant, then put the fried eggplant in cooked spices (incl. lemon grass). Cook for around 5 minutes. It is ready to be served. Enjoy!
