Chicken Goulash (miss Indonesian food edition ^_^ )

I love cooking. Cooking for the people i love is a pleasure to me especially when they like what i've made. I really thank to my mom who taught me how to cook since i was 9 years old. It's really useful especially when i live in abroad.

After more than 2 months i ate noodles, i miss Indonesian food. It was my 1st year in Germany. Living abroad and far away from my beloved family is not a big deal for me coz i used to do it since i was in high school, also coz i love adventure :) My 1st year in DE was wonderful, i met n stay with a lovely German - French family coz i didn't get my own room yet in that time. They are really kind and lovely. They welcoming me with warm heart. I really really feel home ^_^ i love them deep down in my heart.

One day in the week end i went to visit my friend which live in other town to have fellowship with them and coz it was to late to go home they asked me to stay over so i stay over in there. Before sleep we talk abt food (talk abt food always make me hungry hehehehe...especially in that time i miss Indonesian food ^_^) and we planned to cook some Indonesian food for our lunch after church later (we'll have lunch in the family where i live at). We did prepare it the ingredients at that night so that tomorrow after church we just cook it. we'll cook chicken goulash, sambal and pergedel :). Chicken goulash is one of typical karonese food. In karo's language we call it  'gule manok' (gule = goulash, manok = chicken). It's really tasty :). It made of chicken, potatoes, coconut milk, and spices.

When i cook it, i was hoping they will like it. And you know what??!! They did! They did like it....n i'm happy of it ^_^.
